
Terms and conditions of the Complaint
1. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Quadrimóvel undertakes to treat all information provided with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data will be collected and used solely for purposes related to the investigation of the report, and anonymity will be preserved if so requested.
2. Accuracy of Information
The whistleblower declares that the information provided in the form is, to the best of their knowledge, true, accurate, and not misleading. The submission of false or defamatory information may result in legal consequences in accordance with applicable legislation.
3. Investigation and Processing
Quadrimóvel undertakes to investigate the report in a fair and diligent manner. However, the initiation of an investigation does not necessarily imply confirmation of the reported violation. The whistleblower will be contacted if additional clarification is required and will have the right to be informed of the progress and outcome of the report, within the limits established by law.
4. Non-Retaliation
Quadrimóvel guarantees that there will be no retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, submits a report, even if subsequent investigations do not confirm the allegations. Any act of retaliation will be treated as a serious offence and will be subject to disciplinary measures.
5. Proper Use of the Whistleblowing Channel
This whistleblowing channel has been created exclusively for reporting legal and/or ethical violations related to Quadrimóvel’s activities. It must not be used for other purposes, such as personal disputes or matters that fall outside the scope of the company’s practices and policies.
